Which delivery service do you use?
How much does shipping cost?
BOX NOW
Free shipping for orders of €40 and above.
For orders under €40, a fee of €4 applies.
ACS – Store Pickup
- Free for orders of €50 and above.
- For orders under €50, a €4 fee applies.
ACS – Home Delivery
- Free for orders of €65 and above.
- For orders under €65, a fee of €4 applies.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, except for remote areas or holiday periods, which may take up to 5 business days.
Deliveries occur between 09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, from ACS or pickup from BOX NOW within 48 hours.
Note:
Shipping is carried out via an independent partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Cyprus. We hope to expand our shipping options soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

- Non-returnable products: All cosmetics, body care, and hair care products are non-returnable, whether sealed or unsealed.
- Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at (insert email), providing a detailed description and photos of the issue.
- Refunds: If a return is approved due to a defect, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that a fee of up to 10% may be deducted to cover bank charges or other costs.
- Shipping costs: The cost of shipping for returns or replacements, if approved, is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or fault of the Company.
