Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

 

Return Terms:

  • Non-returnable products: All cosmetics, body care, and hair care products are non-returnable, whether sealed or unsealed.
  • Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@chiqualsalon.com, providing a detailed description and photos of the issue.
  • Refunds: If a return is approved due to a defect, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that a fee of up to 10% may be deducted to cover bank charges or other costs.
  • Shipping costs: The cost of shipping for returns or replacements, if approved, is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or fault of the Company.
