"• Wet hair thoroughly.
• Massage shampoo into scalp and hair until a rich, luxurious lather is formed.

• Repeat if needed to remove heavy buildup.

• Use every two weeks, or up to once or twice weekly for heavy product use, frequent swimming, or hard water exposure."
